The Untangle Session

A 90-minute working session where we map one messy process together, live, and you leave with three quick wins you can use right away. Perfect if you're a little skeptical.

90 minutes
Quick win

Quick Fix

One automation, built and tested. Think: inquiry form to CRM to welcome email, without anyone touching it.

One automation
01 · Discover

See the whole tangle.

The deep look. Ideal when you know things are messy but not exactly where the hours are going.

Most popular

The Untangle Audit

Two to three weeks of interviews, workflow mapping and a tool review, ending in a prioritized roadmap with estimated hours saved.

  • Interviews with you and key team members
  • A map of your core workflows, tools and handoffs
  • A review of the tools you already pay for
  • A prioritized roadmap with estimated hours saved

The fee is credited toward a build if you move forward, so the audit pays for itself.

2 to 3 weeks
02 · Untangle

Rebuild what’s slowing you down.

Hands-on builds, scoped to what your business actually needs. Most clients start after an audit.

Project

System Build

One core system, built end to end. Client onboarding, a CRM, project tracking, a client portal: whichever one is costing you the most.

One system
Overhaul

The Full Untangle

A multi-system overhaul for a business that's outgrown the way it started. We rebuild how the whole operation runs, in phases.

6 to 12 weeks
Add-on

AI Workflows

AI built into how your business actually runs: drafting, intake triage, reporting summaries and custom assistants.

03 · Simplify

Make it stick.

A system only works if your team can run it without you, or me.

Included or standalone

Playbook & Handoff

SOPs, how-to videos and team training so the system keeps working long after the build. Included with every build, or on its own for teams with working systems and zero documentation.

  • Step-by-step SOPs written for real people
  • Short how-to videos for every key task
  • Hands-on training for your team
  • One home for all of it, easy to update
Standalone
Stay simplified

Ongoing support.

For when you want someone keeping an eye on things, or an ops brain on call.

Monthly

Care & Feeding

Monitoring, fixes, and one small improvement every month, so your systems stay healthy as you grow.

Monthly

Fractional Ops Partner

A few hours a week as your go-to ops brain, with ongoing builds and a monthly check-in. All the ops leadership, none of the full-time hire.

Questions

Good questions.

Where should I start?

If you're not sure, start with an Untangle Session. In 90 minutes you'll get three quick wins and a clear sense of whether a bigger project makes sense. No pressure either way.

How much does it cost?

Every business is a little different, so I quote each project after a short, free call. You'll get a fixed price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. I start with what you already pay for and only recommend new tools when they'll clearly earn their keep.

How much of my time will this take?

The most during Discover, when I need to understand how things really work. After that, mostly quick check-ins and testing, and a handoff session at the end.

What if my team won't use it?

That's exactly why every build includes training and documentation. Adoption is part of the job, not an afterthought.

Do you work with businesses outside West Michigan?

Yes. I'm based in Grand Rapids and love working in person locally, but most of the work runs just as well remotely.

What happens after the project ends?

You own everything: the systems, the documentation, the logins. If you'd like someone keeping an eye on things, Care & Feeding and Fractional Ops Partner are there for that.
